Residential HVAC InstallerAlways Comfy LLC is a growing, family-friendly residential HVAC company serving Central New Jersey (Middlesex, Somerset, Union, and Monmouth counties). We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing installs the right way. What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC systems including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Install refrigerant lines, venting, condensate drains, and duct connections Set, level, and secure equipment properly Wire thermostats and low-voltage controls Start up and commission systems to verify proper operation Maintain clean, professional job sites Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners Follow company installation standards and all safety procedures Work with apprentices and help train less experienced team members What We're Looking For2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including hot attics and cold winter conditions Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Good communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and attitude EPA 608 certification required Experience with high-efficiency equipment is a plus Must have basic personal hand tools required for residential HVAC installation Company provides specialty tools, recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, ladders, and large equipment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to follow company installation standards, procedures, and safety guidelines while also thinking critically and adapting to real-world job site conditions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in the field when needed Why You'll Love Working With UsSupportive, family-oriented team environment Consistent, year-round work Opportunity to work with high-quality equipment and premium installations Paid training and ongoing technical development Clear pathway to Lead Installer or Service Technician roles Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Local work no long-distance travel Uniforms provided Company vehicle possible after probation period Compensation$30$45 per hour, based on experience and certifications Performance bonuses Paid training opportunities About Always Comfy LLCWe're a trusted residential HVAC contractor known for premium equipment installs, honest service, and outstanding customer care.
