Dunkin Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dunkin' location, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain brand standards. Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize efficiency while ensuring adequate coverage. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective marketing strategies and upselling techniques. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with the district manager and other stakeholders to implement new initiatives and drive business growth. Qualifications: Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Dunkin' operations and procedures is a plus.
