This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, garment care, and customer relations within a fast-paced setting. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the front counter, addressing inquiries and guiding them through available laundry and garment finishing options * Process cash transactions accurately, handle cashing out, and maintain proper cash handling procedures * Assist with laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing garments for pickup or delivery * Maintain a clean workspace by regularly cleaning workstations, using appropriate cleaning detergents, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order * Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of laundry loads or garments with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency * Support overall store operations by processing customer orders, managing garment processing workflows, and ensuring timely service delivery *Requirements* * Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable * Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing payments accurately * Comfort with manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of laundry loads or garments * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in garment care and customer service while contributing to a positive client experience.
