Administrative Assistant/Guest Services Representative
Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks. Depending on skills and experience, this position could include varied administrative tasks with the addition of some human resources projects and/or help with tech support for our network. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to different areas of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Coordinate and support various projects and departmental activities.
Provide support for staff and management, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
Provide support for the HR department in helping new employees with onboarding and reviewing onboarding documents
As able, provide general computer/printer support for various departments in the resort
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or google docs/sheets
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
