Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleAs an APRN or PA with Ascension Seton Neurosurgery, you will evaluate emergency department patients, manage admitted neurosurgical patients in a hospital setting, see patients in outpatient clinic, and assist in neurosurgical cases in the operating room. You will be based out of Dell Seton Medical Center UT.Position Highlights:Inpatient positionOpportunity for extra shift payAcute Care Certification is preferred for all NP applicants at the time of applicationAPRN-First Assist Certification preferred and required to obtain within one year of start dateResponsibilities:Obtains patient history and performs assessment. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Physician Assistant credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Certified Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
