Product & Project Manager - Group Products

Valora Digital is the tech unit of Valora. We are a team of product managers and developers building and operating modern, scalable solutions that power our retail business across Europe. We work on customer-facing products (e.g. self-checkout), internal platforms, and business-critical applications. Our mission is to deliver real value, improve processes, and drive the digital transformation of Valora. We own our products end-to-end, from idea to implementation and operations.As a Product & Project Manager, you will drive transformation initiatives across IT while also owning and managing products within our portfolio. You combine product thinking with execution strength: you define direction, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery, from concept to rollout.Key tasks and responsibilitiesDrive IT transformation projects across systems, processes, and teamsOwn and manage products end-to-end (vision, roadmap, delivery, lifecycle)Translate business needs into clear product and project requirementsLead cross-functional teams (engineering, business, external partners)Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of initiativesAct as the central point of coordination between stakeholdersIdentify challenges early and proactively solve problemsContinuously improve processes, ways of working, and product outcomesKey skills / requirementsProven experience in product management; project management experience is a plusStrong ownership mindset with the ability to drive topics from concept to rolloutAbility to structure ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make pragmatic decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on, solution-oriented, and execution-focusedExperience with IT systems, digital products, software delivery, or transformation initiativesTechnical affinity and ability to work effectively with engineering teamsFluent in German and English (must-have); French is a strong plusWhat we offerA dynamic environment with high ownership and impactThe opportunity to shape products and transformation initiativesA modern, collaborative culture with product and engineering at its coreFlexible working model (Zurich / Muttenz / Remote)Exciting projects with real business impactJ-18808-Ljbffr
