Office Services Associate (San Diego)

A Service Specialist is part of a cross-functional team responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support services to our clients. This is a highly versatile, "wear-many-hats" role that may include responsibilities across copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, reception, IT/AV support, and general office services. In addition, this role will include processing name tags and assisting with basic IT/audio-visual support needs as required.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMail ServicesMeter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages according to established schedulesCopy/Print ServicesAccurately produce copy, print, and scan projects based on written instructions and client requestsReception ServicesAnswer incoming calls and route them appropriately in a professional and timely mannerGreet and announce visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and professional mannerHospitality ServicesCoordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens, and common areasEnsure all spaces are clean, stocked, and fully prepared for ongoing useOrganize and distribute kitchen and hospitality suppliesMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededFloor CoordinationMaintain copy rooms and supply areas, including stocking paper and general office suppliesDeliver supplies throughout the office as neededPerform basic daily upkeep to ensure operational readinessFacilities SupportAssist with small office moves, hanging pictures, and basic workspace setup needsSupport light cleaning duties and coordinate with key client contacts regarding facility or equipment concernsAdditional Cross-Functional SupportProcess and prepare name tags for meetings and client eventsProvide assistance with IT and audio-visual support needs, including basic setup and troubleshooting for meetings and presentationsSupport general office operations as needed in a flexible, team-oriented capacityQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related fieldStrong ability to multitask with excellent attention to detailAbility to resolve issues professionally, calmly, and with tactAbility to lift or move up to 40 lbs or greaterAbility to push, pull, and transport packages on a wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 75 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of timeStrong commitment to teamwork, reliability, and customer service excellenceHours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: Up to $22.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
