Sr Software Engineer

In this role, you will help drive the evolution of a modern web platform by partnering closely with design and product teams to deliver polished, user-centric features. The position is firmly focused on frontend development, with an emphasis on building high-quality interfaces and integrating with existing backend APIs to support end-to-end product functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain frontend components using React or SvelteBuild intuitive, responsive user interfaces aligned with modern UX and accessibility best practicesIntegrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend engineering teamsOptimize frontend performance, scalability, and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews, testing, and frontend quality initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, usability issues, and performance concernsContribute to frontend architecture decisions, patterns, and standardsMentor junior engineers on frontend best practices and toolingWork onsite in Dallas, TX alongside a collaborative engineering teamQualifications5+ years of experience building single-page applications using React, Svelte, Ember.js, or similar frameworksStrong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend toolingExperience consuming and integrating RESTful APIsFamiliarity with backend concepts and data models to effectively collaborate with backend teamsStrong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimizationExperience working in agile, cross-functional development environmentsPassion for clean, maintainable code and delivering high-quality user experiences
