The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a great driving record.Pay: $18-$21/hourBenefits 401K Health, Dental Vision Supplemental Insurance FSA Sick time accrues immediately Paid vacation after a year Employee Pricing on vehicles and services Discount on parts Opportunity for growthResponsibilities MainA Service Valet is typically responsible for assisting customers with their vehicles, providing valet services at designated locations such as hotels, restaurants, or events.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers courteously and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request, ensuring efficient and timely service. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directions, and any additional requests they may have. Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate as necessary. Handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the valet process. Report any damages or issues with vehicles immediately to the appropriate personnel. Keep the valet area clean and organized. Perform routine inspections to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
