We pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and maintaining a strong security presence in dynamic environments.Position DetailsPosition: Special Events Barricade Security OfficerPay Rate: $20.00 $22.00 per hour (DOE)Location: Los Angeles & surrounding areasSchedule: Varies based on event needsUniform: Provided by the companyJob ResponsibilitiesStaff barricade lines during concerts, festivals, and live eventsMonitor crowd behavior and maintain a safe environment near stages and restricted areasAssist with managing crowd surfers and guest movement near barricadesMaintain strong situational awareness in loud and fast-paced environmentsEnforce venue rules and assist with crowd control when neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow security personnelRespond professionally to disturbances or emergenciesProvide excellent customer service while maintaining security presenceQualificationsValid California Guard Card (required)Prior event, concert, nightlife, or crowd control experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods and work in high-energy environmentsComfortable working around loud music, large crowds, flashing lights, and crowd surfersStrong communication and de-escalation skillsReliable transportation preferredMust be dependable, professional, and team-orientedWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for officers who can remain calm, alert, and professional in high-pressure event environments.
