In-Home Caregiver

We are looking for compassionate caregivers to help seniors live independently and thrive in the comfort of their own homes."Minimum Requirements:- Eighteen (18) years of age- High school diploma or GED- One (1) year of experience in caregiving (professional or personal is a plus)- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (May be required to drive clients to shop for groceries, errands, transport to medical and other appointments, prescription pickupPreferred (Not Required):- Certified Nursing Assistant, Level 1 (CNA 1)- Certified Nursing Assistant, Level 2 (CNA 2)Job Duties:- Provide assistance with clients' instrumental activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, laundry, cooking meals, grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, and shopping- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, etc.)- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices such as maintaining mobility and using assistive devices- May be required to provide assistance with medication reminding- Compassionate and patient with a heart for serving seniors- Reliable and punctual (our clients depend on you)- Strong communication skills to speak clearly and listen attentively- Comfortable working independently in a client's homeEmployer Notes:The employer will conduct a background check, drug test, and DMV records check before the first day of employmentHours:- Around the clock shifts available- 20 hours per weekWages and Benefits:- $20 to $24 per hour depending on qualifications and experience- Travel Expense- Retirement plan
