The LPN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications, record patient information, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Additional responsibilities include assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, educating patients on health management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.QualificationsProficient clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare teamKnowledge of healthcare protocols, patient safety standards, and documentation proceduresOrganizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient charts and care plansActive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of ColoradoBasic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hirePrevious experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plusCompassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering quality patient care
