You'll be helping shape solutions, influencing outcomes, and making sure technology delivers real business value.What You'll DoPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand business needsGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaWork within an Agile/Scrum development environmentParticipate in sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport CRM-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrationsWork closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLCDevelop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and scenariosCoordinate with business users during UAT and help validate solutions before production releaseIdentify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvementFacilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholdersHelp ensure delivered solutions meet both business requirements and user expectationsWhat We're Looking ForBusiness Analysis experience in a software development environmentStrong experience working in Agile/ScrumExperience working with CRM platforms and/or CRM implementationsStrong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experienceExperience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work effectively with both business and technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentThis isn't just another Business Analyst position.You'll be joining a phenomenal team where collaboration, innovation, and doing great work are genuinely valued.
