Senior Electrical Estimator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support our preconstruction and estimating team. This role will assist in developing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and supporting the preparation of competitive bid packages for construction projects.ResponsibilitiesReview plans, specifications, and project documents to prepare cost estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipmentAssist with bid preparation and submissionSupport preconstruction activities including document control and material researchCollaborate with estimating, operations, and project teamsParticipate in training, site walks, and continuous improvement of estimating processesQualifications3-10 years of construction estimating experienceExperience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Sage, and ExcelStrong understanding of construction methods and materialsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsIndustrial construction experience preferredThis is a great opportunity for an estimator looking to grow within a collaborative construction team and contribute to successful project delivery.
