Project Coordinator
Job Summary
This role supports Project Managers by handling administrative, logistical, and communication tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule. The position involves working with telecom/network infrastructure, including ILA huts/shelters and power-related components.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with administrative and coordination tasks
Maintain project timelines, task lists, and follow up with stakeholders
Organize meetings, document minutes, and track action items
Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation/logs
Follow Turn Over Package (TOP) procedures based on order types
Review ILA hut/shelter photos and map them to correct shelter IDs
Validate rack IDs, fuse panels, breaker configurations, and power setups
Ensure proper documentation of electrical and infrastructure details
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in project coordination or PMO support roles
Knowledge of telecom/network infrastructure (ILA huts/shelters)
Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telecom or network deployment projects
Familiarity with TOP (Turn Over Package) processes
Experience reviewing infrastructure or field data/images

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Experience:
telecom or network deployment projects: 2 years (Required)
Turn Over Package (TOP) procedures: 2 years (Preferred)
project coordination or PMO support roles: 3 years (Required)
