Workforce Manager

We are hiring Remote Workforce Manager in United States.Position: Workforce Manager/- UKG Pro WFM /DimensionsDuration: 6-12 monthsLocation: RemoteResponsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensionsincluding project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.Conduct a thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.Configure and customize Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensionsmodules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager/UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions with existing systems and applications.Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.Conducted training sessions and provided end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/ UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions modules.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.Kindly share your resumes with irfan.shaik@bcforward.com
