You'll develop and implement strategies, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance quality and maintain compliance throughout projects.Connecting You To Great BenefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What You’ll DoYou will lead and conduct comprehensive quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and contractual requirementsYou will ensure thorough documentation of all quality control processes, inspection reports, and compliance records, and maintain organized project filesYou will review and validate that billing statements accurately reflect the work performed and align with project documentation and contractual agreementsYou will design, update, and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure they meet current industry practices and regulatory requirementsYou will analyze trends in quality data and non-conformance reports, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements to mitigate recurring issuesYou will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site leads to address quality concerns and ensure that quality standards are integrated into project planning and executionYou will provide guidance, training, and mentorship to quality control staff and field inspectors, promoting best practices and continuous improvementYou will perform internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements, and address any compliance issuesYou will interface with customers and other stakeholders to address quality-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with the quality of work deliveredYou will travel, handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and adapt to varying weather conditions, along with other tasks as assignedWhat You’ll NeedYou need to be 18 years of age or olderYou need to be authorized to work in the United States for this companyYou need a valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving recordYou will need two years of experience in the telecommunications or utility industry with a strong focus on quality work and contractual adherence You need a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of communications constructionYou need five years quality control experienceYou need knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practicesYou need knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and DocumentationYou will need to be willing to travel as this role is a 100% travel roleAdditional QualificationsAssociates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experiencePhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouseOccasionally: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 poundsWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
