We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Corporate Actions I to join our MIDDLE OFFICE team. This role is located in LAKE MARY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, ensuring accurate custody and accounting treatment for items such as reorganizations, bond redemptions, dividend payments, and related market activities. Manage and mitigate operational risk across key functions, including reconciliation activities and client reporting while maintaining strong controls and accuracy. Proactively identify, research, interpret, and process moderately complex global corporate action events, including daily monitoring, scrubbing, notification, and analysis of market event details. Balance entitlements, process liability notices, assess the impact of events, and communicate relevant information clearly to clients. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated interest in financial services, operations, or securities processing, with the ability to learn corporate actions and Middle Office functions. Analytical and technical skills, with experience or familiarity in SQL, Python, Power BI, and VBA/Macros considered a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage work independently, contribute in a team environment, and provide support to others as appropriate.
