Location: Cleveland, OHType: 6 Month Contract-to-HireOverview:We are looking for a Program Manager to support delivery across a growing data organization, with a strong focus on Master Data (MDM) initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end program delivery, help bring structure to an environment that’s still evolving, and drive alignment across multiple teams and data domains.What You’ll Be Doing:• Lead delivery of individual data and MDM projects across the organization• Manage project initiation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, and closeout• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively drive issue resolution• Establish clear project plans, timelines, and communication cadences• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and outcomes• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders• Support adoption of project management best practices and toolsWhat They’re Looking For• Strong experience in project management (vs. program-level oversight)• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines• Experience working in data environments, ideally with exposure to MDM or data governance• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, timelines, and deliverables• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced or evolving environments• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project)Nice to Have• Experience in enterprise data transformations• Background in consulting or large-scale program delivery environments• Familiarity with data tools, governance frameworks, or MDM platformsEight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
