The responsibilities include managing and coordinating construction site activities, upholding safety standards, planning and scheduling project tasks, and ensuring timely project execution. The Superintendent will collaborate with various team members to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and quality standards.QualificationsProficiency in Civil Construction Site Management and ensuring site compliance with project specificationsStrong understanding of Construction Safety standards and practicesExcellent Organization Skills for coordinating tasks, resources, and projectsProven ability in planning, scheduling, and team collaborationExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teamsFamiliarity with heavy civil construction equipment and techniques is required
