We are seeking talented people who can execute the position's responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values.Integrity: Do the right thingCommitment: Keep your promises and make satisfied customersOpportunity Maker: Grow yourself, your career, and the companyMaster your Craft: Take pride in your workProtect: Keep each other safeEveryone is a Leader: Positive Influence, Positive ResultsLove: Treat others with dignity and respectDESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Project Manager is responsible for complete oversight of construction projects in assorted sizes and scope from beginning to end.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively manage multiple construction projects that are in various stages of completion and locations including code compliance, project scope definition, preparation of project budgets, coordination of appropriate working documents/specifications, and project close out based on established Company guidelinesWork collaboratively with and maintain effective communication vendors to ensure that project scope definition is clearly established and understood for all projectsScheduling of crewsInitiate appropriate project documents and track progress of each project as related to objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelinesEnsure project costs are aligned with approved budgets, track expenses, approve contractor invoices and change order requestsImplement/coordinate all required change requests, make recommendations, secure approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change request to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and riskOther duties as assignedSupervising construction site operationsWork directly with general contractors, site personnel, other subcontractors, and suppliers.Positively respond to sensitive situationsRecruit, coach, and mentor team members for career advancement opportunities.
