HealthTexas has grown to include more than 60 healthcare providers in 18 primary care clinics.Our Physicians are able to better serve their patients through smaller panel sizes, few patient visits per day, and a focus on outpatient medicine. HealthTexas physicians typically see 16-20 patients a day. We encourage well visits, proactive outreach to our most fragile and at-risk patients, same-day urgent appointments and traditional care management. We provide the time needed to focus directly on providing comprehensive care to our Medicare Advantage HMO senior population.Our Physicians and associates share our mission to deliver quality and compassionate care with outstanding service, every patient, every time.JOB SUMMARY:Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients.
