Client Services Manager

PostNet is looking for a Client Services Manager who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making sure customers have someone they can count on when they need help. Our clients come to us with different needs every day. Some are shipping important packages. Others need printing for their business, help preparing materials for an event, or support getting a project completed on time. Your job is to understand what they need and help make the process straightforward. You'll manage day-to-day client communication, keep track of orders and projects, and work with the team to make sure commitments are followed through. When something changes or a client has a concern, you'll help figure out what needs to happen next. What you'll handle Build relationships with new and returning clients Help clients understand available services and choose the right options for their needs Coordinate printing, shipping, and other business-service requests Keep track of active orders, projects, deadlines, and follow-ups Provide clients with clear updates when needed Work with team members to make sure requests are completed accurately Handle questions and service concerns in a professional way Maintain organized client and order information Support business clients with recurring or ongoing service needs Help improve the way client requests are handled from start to finish What we're looking for Experience in client services, customer service, account management, retail, business services, office services, or a related environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and comfortable managing several requests at the same time Able to follow through without needing constant reminders Comfortable learning new systems and service processes Good judgment when dealing with customer questions or unexpected situations Printing, shipping, or design-service experience is helpful, but not required Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
