Senior Backend Engineer – Platform & InfrastructureJob Overview We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the systems that power our platform. This role will focus on cloud infrastructure, backend architecture, databases, reliability, observability, and performance as the company grows. Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure Build reliable, highly available backend systems Manage databases, data architecture, backups, and performance Develop and support APIs, services, and internal platform tools Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Optimize application and infrastructure performance Lead capacity planning and infrastructure decisions as customer usage grows Support incident response, security, and production readiness Requirements Strong experience building and operating production backend systems Experience with AWS or Azure Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and Git-based workflows Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and system design Proficiency in a backend language such as Go, Java, Python, C#, or Rust Strong problem-solving and communication skills Join us to help build the reliable and scalable foundation behind our platform.
