Sales Development Representative

Title: Sales Development Representative - Supply Chain Solutions Location: Monterey Park, CA / Hybrid / 20% travel Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ yearsAbout the Opportunity Talento has partnered with an industry leader in supply chain solutions looking for a Sales Development Rep responsible for researching and identifying potential customers. The SDR will identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. They will focus on researching prospective companies, identifying leads within these accounts, contacting these leads and qualifying them for the sales team. This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements and matching them to the company’s core solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop understanding of the company’s product portfolio and services to pitch to prospective leadsSource new sales opportunities with potential customers via phone, email, social media, web tools and inbound leadsQualify leads by understanding customer needs and challenges and schedule qualified leads and appointments in SalesforceAchieve weekly and monthly targets for leads and appointments Collaborate with marketing to develop content/resources to nurture leads and execute outreach campaigns Utilize Salesforce to track and manage lead pipeline and maintain accurate activity recordsDevelop reports to track outreach activities, lead conversion rates and sales pipeline statusAnalyze data to identify high-potential leads and optimize outreach strategies Provide ongoing customer feedback to internal teams to improve lead generation strategies and sales processesContinuously update and refine outreach scripts and email templates based on customer interactionsAttend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed about market developmentsKeep abreast of new sales tools and technologies in the market to enhance productivity and efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree required in business or related fieldAbility to prospect and make cold callsExcellent communication and selling skillsHighly motivated and target driven Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc.Familiarity with CRM practices (Salesforce) and able to build productive business professional relationshipsComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWillingness to travel; this position requires 20% travel for sales meetings and trade shows/events Base Salary: $55K - $60K base + 30% annual bonus paid quarterly + profit sharingAbout TalentoHCBuild Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
