In this role, you will harness data and behavioral insights to elevate performance and distinguish our digital marketing initiatives from traditional agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement digital marketing strategies across an array of channels (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, email, etc.) with a focus on performance and expansion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating insights into campaigns to optimize performance.Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns utilizing audience insights, personalization tactics, and A/B testing to enhance outcomes.Oversee the establishment and management of digital advertising tools, accounts, and relationships with external contractors.Engage directly with clients to articulate the benefits of performance-oriented digital marketing solutions and their alignment with broader marketing objectives.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns achieve performance and engagement targets.Required Skills5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven history of managing successful multi-channel campaigns (PPC, display, paid social, programmatic).Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker).In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, concentrating on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and maximizing ROI.Experience in developing new digital channels and scaling existing ones, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.Proven track record of managing external contractors or freelancers, or working with agencies for campaign execution and enhancement.Strong client-facing communication skills, with the capability to present strategies and insights effectively.An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution.Compensation PackageBase salary: \(120,000 - \)150,000, commensurate with experience.Competitive performance-based incentives tied to sales and growth metrics.Career Growth OpportunitiesBy becoming part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of digital marketing.
