Executive Assistant And Office ManagerSeed stage B2B SaaS startup building a customer operations layer for enterprise software companies is looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support their two Co-Founders. This is a great opportunity to join a small team of 6, with plans to grow to 15 by EOY, and to shape team culture and operations as the company scales. In this role, you'll own the Founders' calendars, inboxes, and travel, provide light personal support, and oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, team meals, and events. Someone with a hospitality mindset who cares deeply about how people feel when they walk through the door and who is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. This is an in-office role based in downtown San Francisco, with occasional evening and weekend flexibility. 90-130K+ DOE + equity, generous benefits, 401k w/ match, flexible PTO, health & wellness stipend, commuter benefit, and daily meals provided.Responsibilities:Provide support to the two Co-Founders, including calendar management, travel planning, and inbox management to keep them on track and leverage their time.Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, vendors, facilities, and general office needs.Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests. Keep the workplace organized and maintained to create an efficient and welcoming environment.Support and coordinate both internal and external events, including team events and dinners, off-sites, hiring, and customer events.Run ad hoc errands such as dropping off packages and returns, picking up team lunch, etc.Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and workflows to support team efficiency.Provide light personal support as needed booking appointments, reservations, and occasional ad hoc errands.Qualifications:2+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Operations, Executive Assistant, or Hospitality role in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable being the face of the office.Hospitality mindset and customer service mentality. Enjoys creating a positive office environment where people feel supported and excited to come to work.Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to keep leaders informed and updated on tasks.Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and resolve issues before they become problems.High level of accountability, ownership, and execution.Tech-savvy.
