CNA - PRN - Hospice Aide

Home And Community Based Services Aide As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.Primary Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication remindersSupport household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as neededMonitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV systemEnsure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needsRequired Qualifications:Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportationCurrent CPR certificationAbility to work flexible hours and independentlyAbility to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the clientState-Specific Requirements: Category I and II- Home Health Aide- Medicare Certified Home Health ProviderTN: Successful completion of a total of seventy-five (75) hours of training which include sixteen (16) hours of clinical training prior to or during the first three (3) months of employment and who is qualified to provide basic services, including simple procedures as extension of therapy services, personal care regarding nutritional needs, ambulation and exercise, and household services essential to health care at home.Preferred Qualifications:6+ months of home care experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
