Job DescriptionDebbie's Staffing is now recruiting for Balloons Departmentfor our client located in Blairs, VA!Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00am - 1:30pmPay: $13.00 per hour Temp to HireJob Summary:General production worker to perform variety of tasks.Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:Assists department by selecting product for requested work.Assists with troubleshooting problems with the work process and relays this information to leads or supervisor.Effectively maintains work area.Putting stick couplers in bottom of balloons, packing the filled balloons, building boxes, and other general warehouse duties.Interacts with all areas of the department to understand any issues and assess needs to improve consistency and integrity of processes.Strives to continuously build knowledge and skillsExhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.A commitment to companywide quality and safety is required.Performs related duties as required and assigned in any assigned department as outlined in the primary duties.Position Requirements:Ability to communicate with management and co-workers in order to meet departmental goals.Ability to lift up to 5lbs.Must be able to work up to 10 hours and weekends if required.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret related documents.Ability to understand written and oral instruction.Ability to perform basic math.Ability to multi-task and follow through on requested tasksBackground Check/Drug TestTo apply, please register online at www.debbiesstaffing.com and select Danville Branch as the branch location.
