This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement, while maintaining a professional voice and supporting best practices."We're looking for:A college student or recent grad with demonstrated experience in content creation, culture, and digital storytelling Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including what makes content perform well on each platformWell acquainted with creator/influencer communities and partnerships Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to bring new ideas to the table Able to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines with a positive, collaborative attitude What you'll do:Be you and help create and define our path with your unique passion and creativity Create and edit short and long-form video content Capture high-quality video content at company events, office activities, and other initiatives.Support on-site content production planning and execution Research and contribute creative content ideas that tap into trends, memes, and timely moments while also delivering data and informationAssist in identifying and coordinating with appropriate creators and partners where applicable Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-capture organization of assets Some local travel may be required to support content capture locallyApply directly at raghavs@poconnor.com OR call us on 713-375-4058
