Responsibilities include participating in military and technical training exercises by portraying scenarios that support realistic training environments. The Role Player will collaborate with training staff, follow detailed scripts and instructions, and contribute to the accuracy and success of training objectives. This position involves active engagement and adherence to safety protocols during all activities.QualificationsUnderstanding of military operations, tactics, and procedures; prior military or law enforcement experience is a plusAbility to follow detailed instructions and deliver a realistic portrayal of opposition forces during training scenariosStrong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and scenario engagementPhysical fitness to perform tasks that may involve activity in varied terrain and conditionsProfessionalism, dependability, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situationsExperience in safety protocols and situational awarenessAbility to work on-site, with flexibility for varying schedules
