This role will involve janitorial responsibilities, along with a variety of other duties as assigned. Candidates who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are looking for a position with strong potential for growth will be an ideal fit for this position.ResponsibilitiesExecuting waste water operationsMust keep work areas clean and follow proper safety protocolsMust use proper personal protective equipment effectivelyExpected to work at high speedsHeavy lifting requiredParticipate in upholding our safety culture by notifying supervisors of any hazardsWater sampling & critical system mentoringCentrifuge & Brown grease operationEnvironmental Cleaning (Non-Mechanical)Maintain cleanliness regardless of production schedule Monitor pumps and storm water support.Other duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to lift over 50lbsAble to work in extreme temperaturesSelf-motivated / High sense of urgencyAble to perform under high stress situationsThis position follows a 12‑hour rotational shift schedule (3‑on/4‑off and 4‑on/3‑off cycle).English reading and writing competency Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationWorking ConditionsProduction and maintenance settingsExposure to various chemicals and machineryExtreme temperatures, strong odor, and loud ambient noiseThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
