The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in providing excellent customer support within a fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in supporting international sales operations and building lasting relationships with global clients.Responsibilities:Provide sales and administrative support to the International Sales Business DeveloperPrepare written quotations for current and prospective customersCoordinate sample requests and shipments for clients and new leadsRespond to inquiries related to products, order status, packaging, registration, and lead timesAssist in preparing materials and promotional items for international trade showsGenerate monthly sales reports, quote summaries, and sample logsPrepare Letter of Credit documentation in coordination with Accounting and Shipping departmentsMaintain accurate customer records, including quotes, pricing, specifications, and complaintsProcess and input orders and invoices using Visual softwareCommunicate with internal departments such as Manufacturing, Packaging, Laboratory, Registration, Regulatory, and Graphic DesignFollow up with customers on product registration processes and payment of feesResolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional mannerRequest product codifications and support inventory control of customer-supplied materialsSupport product development initiatives in coordination with R&D and marketingProvide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and new opportunitiesParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredFluent in English and Spanish (required)2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in international sales or a similar environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesWillingness to accept feedback and continuously improveBenefits:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunity to work in a growing international businessCollaborative and supportive team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 $27.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday
