Principal Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and drive cross-functional technology initiatives across a growing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical execution while delivering programs from planning through completion.You will partner closely with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to manage priorities, drive execution, and bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments. This is a highly visible role requiring strong ownership, communication, and the ability to operate independently without direct authority.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver multiple technology and operational initiatives from planning through executionDrive prioritization and alignment across stakeholders to support business objectivesCoordinate efforts across internal teams and third-party partnersBuild and manage project plans, timelines, and key deliverablesSupport compliance and audit-related initiatives, including tracking requirements and remediation effortsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline workflowsEstablish and track performance metrics to measure success across initiativesMonitor budgets, timelines, and risks associated with ongoing programsProvide regular updates and insights to leadership on progress and key challengesProactively identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and competing prioritiesSupport system enhancements, integrations, and organizational change effortsMaintain clear documentation to support program tracking and governanceThis role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy.
