Job Title: Job Coach Location: Beaverton, OR Employment Type: Part-Time Pay Rate: $21.50–$22.50/hour (based on experience) Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Job Coach to provide on-site support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on maintaining job success, building skills, and promoting long-term independence in the workplace. While positions at CAS are generally open to all, due to specific requirements outlined in the individual’s support plan, this position is open to male applicants only. What You’ll Do as a Job Coach: Provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces Assist with learning and performing job tasks and daily work routines Encourage independence, confidence, and professionalism on the job Support communication and positive interactions with coworkers and supervisors Help individuals build workplace skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving Maintain accurate documentation related to support and progress Promote safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments Serve as a positive role model and advocate for individual needs and preferences What We’re Looking for in a Job Coach: Experience in direct support, caregiving, coaching, or human services is a plus, but not required Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and ability to become an approved company driver Ability to pass a national background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist as needed Why You’ll Love Working at CAS (Part-Time): Competitive Pay: $21.50–$22.50/hour (based on experience) Free Training & Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Safety, and employment support training Career Growth: Many CAS leaders began in direct support roles Supportive Culture: Mission-driven team focused on respect, collaboration, and impact.
