Luxury Retail Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION180 THE STORE IS SEEKING A LUXURYFULL ORPARTTIME RETAIL SALESPERSON180 the Store, a 5,000 sq foot luxury retail lifestyle store, is looking for an Experienced Salesperson to join our team. The position will work directly with the Director to maintain and develop strong customer relationships, organize in-store events, provide product knowledge, and deliver personalized client service.The candidate must have 3-4 years of luxury sales experience, strong customer service, effective client relations, a professional manner with a pleasant, enthusiastic attitude, and a natural ability to share brand knowledge.RESPONSIBILITIES:Consistently delivers luxury service to enhance the customer experience.Achieve daily and monthly sales goalsDevelop and maintain client books and update them with customer purchases, sizing, and any other pertinent information.Anticipate customer needs and be responsive with an engaging attitude.Actively participate in upholding the brand's aesthetics in all merchandising activities.Demonstrate a real passion and respect for the product.Utilize product knowledge and selling tools to strengthen expertise, maximize sales, and impart knowledge to the customer.Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships and service; communicating new deliveries, sending thank you notes, expediting shipments, and maintaining client details.Adhere to store standards.Execute and follow opening and closing proceduresAssist in organizing in-store eventsMaintaining the merchandising standards and restocking the sales floorAssist with logging new merchandise from inventory checks to tagging for sale.Provide the highest level of customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentationQUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in luxury designer men's and women's retail.Must be dependable and flexible to work weekends, occasional evenings (events), and during holiday seasonsStrong merchandising experience.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.Familiarity with Mac interface, Microsoft Office, Google ApplicationsProficient with ShopifyMotivated, organized, curious, and desire to learn.Dedicated to a high level of customer service and to build strong client relationsKnowledgeable and enthusiastic about the fashion industry.Hands-on, well-organized, self-motivated.180thestore.com@180thestore
