Escalation Operations Manager
W2 Contract**Atlanta, GA*ONSITE**$24-28/hrThe Operations Specialist will ensure execution of our daily operations with single-family builders nationwide. This support will include coordinating schedules for construction sites, managing follow-up tasks and ensuring execution, and communicating updates to internal teams and the customer. This position will also support analyses for improvement projects for builder operations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate resolution of customer escalationsCoordinate day-to-day tasks and follow ups with customersCommunicate updates internally and to customersManage open items and drive cross-functional teams to issue resolutionAnalyze opportunities for improvement in daily operationsSupport other team needs as they arise.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and 1+ year of experience in a related position – if no degree, 3-5 years of experience preferably in customer-facing rolesProven ability to stay organized and on top of extensive task lists, with self-drive to push the tasks through to execution.Must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the proven ability to work in ambiguous situations or with limited direction.Works effectively with competing priorities.Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel & PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate and support transactions across multiple teams.Must have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Reliability and consistency is a must.Can easily document a new process or problemCan collect and condense data into information that can be acted onExcels with computer software programs, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and new/emerging presentation programsBuilding internal cross-functional relationships and partnerships#IND
