Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting medical professionals in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians - Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Take and record vital signs accurately - Assist in medical procedures and treatments as needed - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Qualifications - Experience or knowledge of eClinicalWorks software is preferred - Understanding of basic physiology and anatomy - Proficiency in medication administration procedures - Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities - Exposure to diverse healthcare settings such as teaching hospitals, community care, emergency medicine, and pediatrics - Strong patient service orientation and interpersonal skills Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: CNA: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: CNA (Required) Ability to Commute: Portsmouth, NH 03801 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Portsmouth, NH 03801: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
