Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in managing invoicing processes and ensuring accurate billing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:- Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and address discrepancies as needed.- Generate and review billing statements to maintain consistency and compliance.- Utilize computerized billing systems to manage and track financial transactions.- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing issues and improve workflows.- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.- Support the implementation of new billing processes or system updates.- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify billing details.
