Role Description We are seeking a full-time remote Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales activities within an assigned territory. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with Manufacturer's Representatives, identifying and securing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, managing key accounts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met. The Regional Sales Manager will also provide training and support to sales representatives to strengthen the company's market presence and promote AboveAir’s product solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, or relevant field, preferably in HVAC or related industries.Strong skills in relationship building, customer engagement, and effective communication.Ability to analyze market trends and develop region-specific sales strategies.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.Knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions is a significant advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment to drive sales results.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
