The Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass components, including recalibrating advanced safety systems. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, maintaining safety protocols, providing outstanding customer service, and striving to exceed expectations. Technicians will also ensure accurate documentation of services rendered and adhere to company guidelines and standards. Qualifications Experience with hands-on repair, installation, or mechanical workAttention to detail and commitment to quality standardsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to learn and use new tools and technologies for advanced safety system recalibrationsProblem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentPhysical capability to work on vehicles, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objectsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plusA valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
