The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and optimize team performance while maintaining McDonald's standards. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring, training, and scheduling, monitoring food and beverage quality, and addressing customer needs. The manager will also handle inventory control, ensure operational compliance, and work towards achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to engage with guests and deliver a positive dining experienceExperience in Food & Beverage management, ensuring quality standards and adherence to food safety regulationsStrong Communication skills for effective team management and collaboration with staff and customersKnowledge of Hiring practices, including recruiting, training, and retaining team membersLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward performance objectivesProblem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficientlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentPrevious management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in management or hospitality is a plus
