This role will serve as the key liaison between Field Operations and internal departments, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while continuing to build and develop a high-performing team.Basic FunctionThe Plumbing Division Manager will oversee project execution, team development, and operational performance. This individual will play a critical role in driving profitability, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of all plumbing projects.RequirementsStrong background in construction, plumbing, and project management8+ years of plumbing construction experience preferredProven leadership experience managing teams and projectsStrong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and cost controlProficiency in construction software and Microsoft OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of awarded projects from estimating to operationsOversee submittals, procurement, and material planning for all projectsEstablish and maintain vendor and supplier relationshipsEnsure all project documentation, insurance requirements, and compliance items are completedReview contracts and collaborate with leadership on project strategyManage RFIs, change orders, and project logs to ensure efficiency and profitabilityOversee material takeoffs, purchasing, and cost control effortsCoordinate closely with field teams to align schedules and project needsReview and approve billing, schedules of values, and financial reportingEnsure timely completion of all closeout documentationMonitor project performance, labor efficiency, and overall profitabilityLead recruiting, hiring, and development of plumbing personnelWorking ConditionsThis position is based in Arizona and will require time both in the office and on active job sites across the region.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Bluebeam, Excel, and construction management softwareState Plumbing License (preferred)Strong leadership and organizational skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off and parental leaveEmployee referral programRelocation assistance available if needed8 paid holidaysScheduleFull-time position with a standard 10-hour shift structure.Additional RequirementsValid Driver’s License (required)Willingness to relocate to Arizona prior to start date
