You're here to own.The Why: Every hour I spend on ops, admin, or context-switching is an hour not spent on clients, partnerships, or building new things. You give me that time back — and you grow fast in the process.The WorkArea What you'll do Internal Ops Optimize our Notion workspace — documents, templates, SOPs. Build systems so nothing falls through cracks. Hiring & Team Prepare and run first-round interviews with applicants. Coordinate with freelancers and partners. Partner Management Own communication with software partners and GTM Accelerator trainers. Keep relationships warm and productive. Product & Validation Research, interview users, and validate product ideas. Help take them from concept to launch. GTM Accelerator Project lead on our GTM Career Accelerator program — curriculum, operations, participant experience. Content & Marketing Create LinkedIn content including carousels, playbooks, and lead magnets. Optimize and build case studies for the website.Defining SuccessFounder Leverage: I spend less time on noise and more time on what matters.
