And you’re up for the challenge.In Addition, You WillProvide leadership in the utility construction industryDevelop your team’s skill set and knowledge of fiber splicingGives direction to multiple crews and their Job-site activitiesSupport the company-wide safety cultureDrive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projectsProvide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers for escalated issuesQualificationsAbout You:Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have fiber splicing and troubleshooting experienceYou are an expert in fiber engineering and have knowledge of fiber equipment (i.e. fusion splicer, test equipment OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer) 1310, 1550, DWDM, CWDM, 945 OLTS, Max Tester, Power meter)You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the fieldYou embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your teamCompensation of $35-$45 per hour, depending on the experience.Hard work pays off.
