The senior attorney will manage a substantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and have the ability to expand the team as the practice continues to grow. Qualifications & Experience 8–10+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law Extensive trial experience, including serving as first chair in complex matters Proven ability to manage a high-volume, independent caseload Leadership experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys Responsibilities Handle complex civil litigation and real estate cases from intake to resolution Lead trial proceedings and other court appearances as needed Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development Option to bring personal cases for a higher compensation percentage Collaborate with firm leadership to grow and expand the practice Salary: $190,000–$200,000, plus performance-based bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
