Metal Fence Laborer

Job Description Job SummaryWe are looking for reliable and hardworking laborers to assist with metal fencing installation projects. The laborer will support the fencing crew with material handling, site preparation, fence installation, and cleanup while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of metal fences, gates, and postsCarry, load, and unload fencing materials and toolsDig holes and prepare fence lines for installationSet fence posts using concrete and alignment toolsHelp measure, cut, and secure metal fencing panels and railsOperate hand tools and power tools safelyMaintain clean and organized job sitesFollow supervisor directions and safety proceduresAssist with demolition and removal of old fencing when neededRequirementsAbility to perform heavy physical labor outdoorsMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyExperience in construction or fencing preferred but not requiredAbility to work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentReliable transportation and strong attendanceAbility to work as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience installing chain-link, ornamental, or security metal fencingKnowledge of construction safety practicesAbility to read measurements and basic layoutsWork ConditionsOutdoor work in various weather conditionsStanding, bending, lifting, and digging for extended periodsCompany Description LaborMax Staffing was founded in 2002.
