Will perform an analysis on the data collected to determine the efficacy of the procedure, system, or equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.Coordinate various validation events related to cleaning, thermal processing, CCPs and PCsPerform Indicator, Microbiological and Allergen sampling of equipment.Maintain of documents and records (microbiological results, temperature data, metal detector data).Immediately report out-of-spec results and operating conditions to the responsible department.Identify deviations from specifications and controlsAssist with conducting environmental monitoring swabsMay assist with root cause analysis corrective actionsEnsure validation reports are completed and have appropriate review, approval, and document controlMay prepare presentations on validation summaries and present to managementMay assist with new equipment/area verificationsPerform other duties as assigned.It is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the mission of the Amy's Food Safety and Quality Policy.
