Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Producer Management SpecialistJob Location: Hartford, CTJob Type: ContractJob Description:The Guidewire PolicyCenter Producer Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting and enhancing producer related capabilities within PolicyCenter including producer setup maintenance integrations and reportingThis role requires strong functional and technical expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter particularly around organizations users and producer codes along with solid integration and data skills to support business and operational needsKey Responsibilities:Own and support Producer Management features in Guidewire PolicyCenter including producer onboarding maintenance hierarchy management and code mappingsConfigure and support Organizations Users and Producer Codes ensuring alignment with business rules and downstream systemsAnalyze producer related requirements and translate them into PolicyCenter configuration and data solutionsSupport and troubleshoot 3rd party integrations involving producer data using SOAP and REST servicesWork closely with integration teams to ensure reliable data exchange between PolicyCenter and external systemsWrite and optimize complex Guidewire queries GQ SQL to extract producer organization and policy dataSupport reporting and data analysis by providing accurate and timely datasets to business and operational teamsAssist with production support defect triage and root cause analysis related to producer management and integrationsCollaborate with BAs developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable compliant and aligned with Guidewire best practicesPrimary Skills (Must Have):Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter specificallyOrganizationsUsersProducer Codes Producer ManagementSolid understanding of PolicyCenter data model related to producers and accountsExperience with 3rd party integrations includingSOAP web servicesREST APIsStrong data and query skills includingGuidewire Query GQSQL ability to write complex queries for analysis and reportingExperience in supporting production issues and working in agile delivery modelsSecondary Skills (Good to Have):Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification Associate, ACEExperience working with multiple lines of business Commercial PersonalFamiliarity with reporting tools or downstream data consumersPrior experience in insurance carrier environments and producer lifecycle managementRequired Education:Bachelor's DegreeSoft Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder managementPresentation and team leadership skillsCollaborative mindset in distributed teams
