During our decisive growth phase, we are building a new Strategic Enablement function to empower our commercial organization and accelerate global expansion.About the PositionThe Enablement Manager US is a newly created, high-impact role for a commercially minded leader who views enablement as a strategic engine for revenue performance. This individual will operate as a peer and thought partner to Sales and Customer Success leadership—bringing structure, energy, and influence to elevate the effectiveness of our commercial teams.This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation of a scalable, internationally aligned go‐to‐market organization and shape how smaXtec equips its teams to win.The ideal candidate will be based in Madison, Wisconsin with hybrid (onsite/remote) work location. Remote candidates located in California, Michigan or New York will also be considered.Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild, position and scale the Enablement function at smaXtec as a strategic system for growth and commercial performance.Define and execute a clear enablement vision and roadmap that accelerates sales productivity and delivers measurable business impact.Develop high‐impact frameworks (ways of working, playbooks, content, tools, training programs) that prepare Sales & Customer Success teams to execute against GTM strategy.Strengthen adoption and effective use of technologies and tools including CRM, content management, learning platforms, and enablement tools to improve consistency and performance.Implement repeatable, data‐driven processes that streamline workflows and increase sales velocity.Partner closely with Customer Success to support the full customer lifecycle— from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.Ensure teams have high‐quality, accurate and timely tools and actionable resources that enable faster ramp‐up and consistent execution.Act as a trusted sparring partner to Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to enhance cross‐functional collaboration.Establish KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business outcomes; translate insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.Report insights and enablement impact metrics to key stakeholders.What You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Learning & Development or related field of study; equivalent experience will be considered.3–5+ years of relevant work experience in Enablement, Sales/CS Excellence, L&D, or similar roles supporting commercial teams.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence, motivate, and earn credibility with Sales and CS leaders as well as commercial team members.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel), Slack, and hands on experience leveraging AI tools for efficiency, analysis and content creation.Demonstrated success building or scaling strategic functions, systems, or programs in high‐growth environments.Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional execution discipline and ownership mindset.Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, LMS platforms preferred.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally, including regular presence at our Madison, Wisconsin office (quarterly) and our global HQ in Graz, Austria.Dedication to building and expanding skills relevant to the role, as well as supporting the growth of others on the team.Knowledge of the dairy industry and relevant professional experience in dairy farming is plus.What We OfferA dynamic and collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued, and your contributions make a direct impact.Opportunity to work in an international team with a clear mission: better herd health, less effort, and lower costs for dairy farms.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), broad‐based ownership program, and paid time off.A supportive people‐first culture that encourages creativity, problem‐solving, and continuous improvement.smaXtec is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
